Frank O'Brien

Frank O'Brien is a seasoned claims specialist with extensive experience in property claims management, currently serving as a Senior Property Claims Specialist at AXIS Capital since July 2023. Previously, O'Brien was the Head of Claims at Millennial Specialty Insurance, where integration of a claims team and development of catastrophe response plans were key contributions. With a 18-year tenure at AIG, roles included Vice President and Regional Head of Personal Lines Property Claims, overseeing large teams and managing complex claims. Additional experience includes positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Jefferson Insurance, focusing on personal lines property claims and ensuring quality service delivery. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware.
