Michael McKenna is currently the Head of North America at AXIS, overseeing underwriting and business growth strategies for the North American Wholesale and Retail businesses. Previously, Michael served as the Chief Underwriting Officer for Falvey Insurance Group, focusing on profitable growth and product expansion. Prior to that, Michael held leadership roles at The Hartford and Navigators, where responsibilities included underwriting, profit management, and product development. Michael began their career as Senior Vice President in the Specialty Reinsurance division at Aon and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan College.
