Rebecca O'Kill

Rebecca O'Kill serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at AXIS Capital since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca O'Kill was with Beazley for nearly 16 years, holding various positions including Interim Chief Data Officer and Head of Actuarial Analytics, where responsibilities included building and leading the actuarial analytics function, setting strategic vision, and driving data focus across the organization. Earlier roles included managing the US actuarial team, overseeing pricing and reserving, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver insights and analytics to enhance business decisions. Educational credentials include a Fellowship from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a BA Joint Honours in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Birmingham.
