Emmanuel Silva

Emmanuel Silva, MBA, CSHO, SHEP, currently serves as the Vice President of QHSE at Axis Energy Services, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Halliburton as Southeast Area HSE/SQ Manager and NAL QHSE Region Manager, where Emmanuel led health, safety, and environment programs and mentored employees in performance improvement and safety initiatives. Additional experience encompasses positions in safety management at Lewis Energy Group, military operations as an Operations Officer in the United States Army, and an Assistant Professor of Military Science at COMTek INC. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University.
