Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Axis Medical is an independent distributor of spinal implant and orthobiologic technologies, serving orthopedic and spine surgeons, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers across Colorado and surrounding states.

Built by CEO Nick Iaderosa, a veteran of the spinal implant and biologics industry, Axis was shaped by decades of hands-on experience in the operating room and a deep understanding of what surgeons and healthcare systems expect from a distribution partner. That experience informs everything we do, from case preparation to execution inside the OR.
