Charity Crawford

Charity Crawford has extensive work experience in various industries. Charity started their career at APAC Customer Services, where they began as an entry-level CSR and eventually moved into a mentorship and Team Lead role. Charity then worked at West Corporation as an Account Supervisor, managing a group of call center staff. Charity later joined Medical Solutions as a Senior Career Consultant and Team Lead, recruiting healthcare professionals for travel contracts. Charity also worked at Phadungpanya School and Brighton Language Academy as an ESL Teacher, facilitating English learning classes for students of different age groups. Charity then transitioned to the healthcare staffing industry, working at Moxie Mentoring, LLC as a Business Development Specialist and later as a Moxie Support Specialist. Currently, they serve as the Director of Recruitment at Axis Medical Staffing, Inc, responsible for managing recruitment efforts. Throughout their career, Charity has gained expertise in recruitment, training, coaching, and managing teams.

Charity Crawford attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1998 to 2002, where they studied humanities. Charity did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In 2013, they enrolled in the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Charity's education history also includes additional certifications. In 2019, they obtained a Workplace Coach Certificate from the International Coach Academy and completed a training course on Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator from LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn as well.
