Lily Fairman is an experienced Regional Portfolio Manager at Axis Residential, actively managing a portfolio of five senior market rate communities with a focus on training, development, asset management, and resident retention since October 2018. Previously, Lily held various roles, including Operations Special Projects Coordinator and Community Director, where notable achievements included achieving stabilization for a lease-up community. Prior experience includes working at State Farm as an Insurance Producer, where Lily developed business strategies and trained new employees, as well as serving in positions with Young Life and Salem Health that involved event coordination and patient care. Lily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Corban University.
