Frank O'Dowd

Frank O'Dowd is currently the General Manager in Western Australia at Axis Services Group. With a background in mechanical plumbing and pipefitting, Frank has held various project management roles within the company, overseeing the delivery of design and construct mechanical, hydraulic, and fuel services packages. Prior to their current role, Frank worked as a Site Manager and Mechanical Plumber/ Pipefitter on commercial projects for companies like Commercial Pipe Installation and Spraysafe Fire Protection. Frank holds a technical apprenticeship degree in Plumbing Technology/Plumber from Munster Technological University.
