Amit Vig serves as the National Relationship Manager for Indian Postal Bank and NSDL at Axis Max Life Insurance Company since May 2025, while also holding the position of Corporate Vice President and Head of Defence Sales at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since December 2017. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Amit Vig previously worked at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance, where responsibilities included Vice President & Head of Business and the development of the Shiksha Uday initiative for school insurance. Early career roles featured leadership positions at Aviva and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Academic achievements include advanced management programs from prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management and the Indian School of Business, along with post-graduations in Forex studies and Human Rights.
