Manu then transitioned to Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Manu held various leadership positions in different markets and practices. Before joining Incedo Inc. as the Global Chief Operating Officer, Manu served as the Managing Director at Brillio, focusing on growing the company's digital and IT services business globally. Currently, as the Director & Chief Operations Officer at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Manu leads the Operations, Underwriting & Claims, Digital Transformation & Information Technology, Quality, Innovation & Service Excellence functions to enhance customer experiences.
