Nidhi Bhargava

Nidhi Bhargava is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Chief Manager - HR Business Partner at Max Life Insurance Company Limited since May 2023, Nidhi previously held the position of Associate Vice President - Human Resources at ICICI Lombard from August 2014 to April 2023, where responsibilities included HRBP for the North and South Regions and spearheading digital transformations and diversity initiatives.
