Lorena Rodríguez Mahecha

Lorena Rodríguez Mahecha has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lorena started their career in 2000 at Getronics Latam, where they held various roles. As a Service Manager, they were responsible for managing contracts and implementing and supporting infrastructure connectivity for numerous clients. Lorena also led the creation of a new line of services, contributing to a significant increase in profits. Lorena successfully implemented ITIL processes and managed high-performance teams. Additionally, they achieved Cisco certifications and played a key role in re-certifications.

In 2017, Lorena joined Axity as the Director of Operations. Lorena has held multiple positions within the company, including Director of Platform and Business Unit Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and was responsible for driving operational excellence and achieving high-quality results. Lorena successfully integrated different departments and achieved synergy within teams.

Lorena further pursued Diplomas in Business Process Management and Commercial Management from the same institution in 2016. Additionally, Lorena achieved a Professional Technician certification in Telecommunications from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) between 1998 and 2000.
