Edwin Soto Rodríguez

Edwin Soto Rodríguez has a diverse work experience in quality control, administration, process consulting, and project coordination. Edwin currently serves as a Quality Control Lead at Axium Packaging. Prior to that, they worked at Lincoln Electric as an Ingeniero en Administración de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad. Edwin also had a brief stint as a Consultant of Processes at everis. Earlier in their career, Edwin worked at Financiera Independencia as an Engineer in Processes and Projects, where they were responsible for updating and generating regulations, managing process reengineering, and identifying improvement opportunities. Edwin also worked at EDEMTEC as a Coordinator of ISO 9001, 14000, and OHSAS 18000, and at Valvetecnia as a Logistics Coordinator and Staff Quality Coordinator.

Edwin Soto Rodríguez attended the Instituto Tecnologico de Zacatepec from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero en gestión empresarial with a focus on Administración y gestión de empresas, general. In 2015, they also obtained a professional title from the Secretería de Educación Pública. In 2017, Edwin obtained a certification in Gestián de organizaciones efectivas from Coursera. Additionally, in 2020, they received certification as an Internal Auditor in Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19001:2018 from the INSTITUTO LATINOAMERICANO DE LA CALIDAD INLAC.
