Shelley Van Dyk has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Deltek since March 2006, where responsibilities include ensuring clients effectively utilize the Ajera SaaS software. Prior to this role, Shelley held positions as an Office Supervisor at Valley Center, Pottery Plus, and Fashion Wise from April 1990 to July 1993, as well as at the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce from September 1987 to April 1990, promoting member businesses and networking opportunities. Earlier experience includes working at The Walt Disney Company as a Tour Guide and Bookkeeper from April 1983 to September 1987, where interaction with diverse visitors provided valuable insights. Education was completed at Orange Coast College from 1980 to 1984.
