Holly Young, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Axle Logistics since June 2023, Holly's previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Management Solutions and People Manager at Avertium. At Avertium, Holly demonstrated expertise in Learning & Development, enhancing employee productivity and overseeing initiatives that supported organizational growth following an acquisition. Earlier positions also reflect a solid background in HR management at Sword & Shield Enterprise Security, along with diverse experience in client services and sales roles in the financial and healthcare sectors.
