Robert Navaraj

Robert Navaraj has a diverse background in HR, starting as a Trainee at IBM ACE and progressing to roles such as HR Officer at Susee, Lead Recruiter at Lead Management Services, and HR Generalist at Shamel Digital Technologies. With their experience at AWPL, Tata Elxsi, and SmartPlay Technologies, they honed their skills in talent acquisition, performance management, and implementing HR policies. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR at Axletree Solutions, with a focus on leadership and strategic HR initiatives.

Robert Navaraj completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from AYYA NADAR JANAKI AMMAL COLLEGE in 1998, before going on to earn their MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1998 to 2000.
