Yves Lenkl

Yves Lenkl has extensive work experience in the healthcare and medical device industry. Yves is currently serving as the International Sales Director and Managing Director for Axogen Germany GmbH since 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, Yves held the position of Director Sales International and Sales Excellence, and was a member of the Executive Committee at CO.DON AG.

In 2012, Yves founded their own consulting firm called Yves Lenkl Consulting, where they served as the General Manager. During this time, they held various consulting roles for companies such as Amedrix GmbH, Neovasc Inc., and Piramal Healthcare, focusing on sales, marketing, market access, and business development.

Before starting their consulting career, Yves worked at Abbott GmbH & Co.KG as a Regional Account Manager, TiGenix NV as a Key Account Manager, Medtronic Spinal & Biologics as a Spine Consultant, and Haemonetics as a Senior Account Manager.

Yves started their professional journey in the pharmaceutical industry as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where they worked from 2000 to 2005.

Yves Lenkl completed their education as a Dipl. Krankenpfleger at Diakoniekrankenhaus Marburg-Wehrda from 1996 to 1999. Yves then pursued Biomedizintechnik/Medizintechnik at Fachhochschule Gießen-Friedberg. Yves also holds additional certifications such as Geprüfter Pharmareferent from IHK Gießen-Friedberg in 2001 and Staatl. gepr. Krankenpfleger from Regierungspräsidium Gießen in 1999.
