René Tempel

René Tempel holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and a Diploma in Chemistry from Universität Potsdam. They have extensive experience in synthesis development, having worked as a synthesis chemist and team leader at LGC Standards, where they managed a team and developed small molecule APIs. René also served as a synthesis chemist and lab head at ASCA GmbH, contributing to the development of potential APIs for external partners. Currently, they lead the process development department at Axolabs GmbH, where they oversee the synthesis of oligonucleotides and coordinate the commissioning of a new process development facility in Berlin.
