Alan Lee

Alan Lee has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Alan started their career as a Test Engineer at Delphi, gaining foundation skills in system integration. Alan then worked as a Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions before joining Finisar Corporation as a Senior Test Software Engineer and later becoming the Director of Engineering and BU Site Leader. At VIAVI Solutions, they served as the Site Engineering Director and Senior Engineering Manager.

Alan then joined Greenwave Systems Inc as the VP of HR APAC, where they led the organization through a period of rapid growth and streamlined procedures to drive HR growth strategy. Alan also served as the VP of Engineering QA, where they led and built a global QA organization. Alan was later promoted to the position of General Manager for the Singapore IoT R&D Center, overseeing and managing the global R&D center and regional HQ activities.

Afterwards, Alan joined HAM-LET Group as the Head of IoT and R&D Director. Alan led the development and execution of the digitalization roadmap for Smart valves and defined the IIoT strategy for the group.

Most recently, Alan joined Ultra Clean Technology as the Head of IoT and R&D Director. Alan led Industrial IoT innovation and created award-winning and patented Smart IoT valves.

Currently, Alan is working at AXON Networks as the General Manager Asia and Head of Asia Operations. Alan is responsible for leading the engineering execution and site operations for all Asia sites/remote teams. Alan has also served as a Company Board Director at AXON Networks.

Alan Lee completed an Honors Degree in Electrical Engineering at UNSW from 1999 to 2000. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Western Australia. In 2011, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and Talent Management from Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI). While the specific dates are not provided, Alan attended PSB Academy and obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Alan also completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued Executive Leadership studies at Singapore Management University. Additionally, Alan has obtained various certifications such as "Building Your Visibility Online as a Remote Leader," "DevOps Foundations: Going Cloud Native," "Chief Technology Officer Career Guide," "Learning Kubernetes," "Securing the IoT: Designing and Testing," "Speaking Up At Work," "Python Data Science Toolbox (Part 1)," "AI for Industry - Literacy in AI," "Intermediate Python," and "Cisco Certified Network Associate Service Provider Operations (CCNA)."
