Miguel Alonso

Miguel Alonso is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as Chief Business Officer at AXON Networks since November 2024, where responsibilities include global P&L oversight for the Network Assurance business. Previously, Miguel held the role of Chief Product Officer at DZS, managing a comprehensive product portfolio and corporate P&L from October 2020 to October 2024. Additionally, Miguel served as Vice President of Global Product Management at Nortek Control and was CEO of mandal.ai, which focused on AI applications for mobile networks. With a long tenure at Calix, Miguel advanced from Director of Product Marketing to Vice President of the SaaS Business Unit, achieving significant sales growth and market share in North America. Miguel's career began as Director of Sales at Advanced Fibre Communications and includes early roles in engineering and marketing at Phonic Ear and Olivetti Systems and Networks. Miguel holds an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
