Earlier career highlights include serving as Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Air and Water Technologies, and holding significant roles at the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development and the USEPA, where Beck chaired the National Toxic Strategy. Beck's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from New York University, a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management from the University of Southern California, and an Honorary Doctorate in Law from Emerson College.
