Richard Beatty has a strong background in software development and architecture, with experience in various roles and industries. Richard began their career as a Java Developer at Aconite Technology in 2001 and later worked as a Lead Java Developer at Softech Health. In 2006, they became a Director & Lead Developer at Manager UK Limited and also worked as a Java Developer at Digital Brain PLC. From 2007 to 2010, Richard worked as a Senior Software Developer at Avios Group Limited, focusing on Java enterprise web and backend design and development.
