Richard Beatty has a strong background in software development and architecture, with experience in various roles and industries. Richard began their career as a Java Developer at Aconite Technology in 2001 and later worked as a Lead Java Developer at Softech Health. In 2006, they became a Director & Lead Developer at Manager UK Limited and also worked as a Java Developer at Digital Brain PLC. From 2007 to 2010, Richard worked as a Senior Software Developer at Avios Group Limited, focusing on Java enterprise web and backend design and development. Richard then joined AXON ACTIVE AG as a Senior Software Developer until 2015, when they became the Chief Software Architect at AXON VIBE. In 2010, Richard also served as a Software Consultant & Director at Open Aspect Ltd. Overall, Richard has a diverse range of experience and expertise in software development and architecture.
