Chase Klingenstein

Chase Klingenstein serves as the Product Design & Research Manager at Axon since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing a global product design team that focuses on mobile experiences, internal tools, analytics, and AI-driven productivity solutions for law enforcement and public safety. Previous roles at Axon include Senior UX Researcher, where strategic UX research initiatives were led to align user behaviors with product vision, and UX Researcher II. Prior to Axon, Chase held positions such as Research Associate at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, where the design and implementation of research for federal grants in policing services and violence prevention were managed. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Medical Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Miami University.
