Chris Worland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Chris is currently working as the Principal Technical Program Manager at Axon. Prior to this, Chris held various roles at Amazon, including Principal Technical Program Manager - Distributed Computing and Principal Technical Program Manager - Amazon Go. Before joining Amazon, they worked at Google as a Technical Program Manager, where they played a significant role in securing Google's backend infrastructure and managing the planning process for engineers within Google's Social organization. Prior to that, Chris worked at Amazon.com as a Senior Technical Program Manager, leading a team of software development engineers and overseeing the migration to a new Purchase model. Chris also worked at Microsoft in roles such as Senior Program Manager - E-Commerce and Site Manager, where they managed development projects and led teams in building e-commerce systems and managing producers and editors. Chris's early work experience includes working as a Web Developer at Deloitte & Touche Tax Technologies. With their extensive experience, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills throughout their career.
Chris Worland attended Rockford University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a BS degree in Biology/Psychology.
