Erika Bzdel

Erika Bzdel is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as VP Majors at Axon since September 2023, Erika previously held the position of EVP Sales - North America at Allego, where focus was on enhancing training and collaboration for distributed sales teams through a mobile-first platform. Prior to Allego, Erika was EVP Sales, North America at Kantar Millward Brown, responsible for client acquisition and revenue goals, and also served as VP Sales for the financial services sector, achieving significant growth in client acquisition. Erika's earlier experience includes roles such as Director - Executive Financial Services and First Vice President Investment Management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, as well as a sales/trading position at Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc. Erika earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Business from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
