Jim Morgan has over 28 years of experience in law enforcement, including a current role as a Contractor at Axon since February 2023. From March 1996 to May 2024, Jim served in various capacities at the Seattle Police Department, including Taser Coordinator and Project Lead on the AXON VR training project. As a VR Coordinator and Instructional Designer, Jim focused on law enforcement instruction, covering areas such as medical and wellness education as well as active shooter training. Additionally, Jim held the position of Program Lead for the department's photo enforcement unit until 2016 and has extensive background as a Firearms Instructor.
