John Repyak

John Repyak has extensive work experience in quality management and continuous improvement roles. John has worked in various manufacturing companies, including Axon and HANS Premium Water, where they held senior leadership positions responsible for global quality and head of quality, respectively. John has also served as the Vice President of Quality Systems at Peterson Spring and as a Senior Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Chassix Inc. In addition, they have held managerial positions at Dana Corporation, Eaton Truck Components, Jabil, and DENSO. Throughout their career, John has successfully implemented quality improvement initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced customer complaints.

John Repyak has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Iowa State University. John also has a background in Business/Commerce from Illinois State University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including AS9100 Rev D, Internal Auditor from Axeon Corporation in 2019, AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Supplier Auditor and Global Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group in 2017, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2003 and 1995 respectively.
