Lakshmanan Palani

Lakshmanan Palani is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as XR Product Designer II at Axon since October 2022, Lakshmanan previously held the position of Senior UX Designer at Zeta Suite, where key contributions included leading the design of Olympus Stack and collaborating on a cohesive design system utilized by 8 designers across 16 products. With experience spanning various roles, including Mixed Reality UX Designer at realworld one and Lead UI/UX Designer at XR Labs, Lakshmanan has demonstrated expertise in managing design projects, mentoring teams, and improving user experiences in banking and fintech products. Lakshmanan holds a Master of Human-Computer Interaction + Design from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Architecture from Anna University.
