Neera Islam

Neera Islam is a seasoned marketing and project management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the U.S. and Enterprise Marketing Project Manager at Axon since July 2025, Neera previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Inizio Evoke from September 2022 to July 2025. Neera's career includes significant roles at CDM New York as a Group Project Supervisor and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing multimillion-dollar media campaigns, financial tracking, resource allocation, and team supervision. Neera's earlier experience includes positions at Area 23, Grey Healthcare Group, and various internships in communications and media. Neera holds a B.A. in History with concentrations in South Asian Studies and Economics from Wellesley College, complemented by further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Koç University.
