Peter Ninchich

Peter Ninchich is currently the Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Accounting Officer at Axon, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Peter worked at Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader focusing on Principal Investors and Private Equity from 2022 to 2025, and at PwC as a Senior Manager in the Deals sector from 2022. Peter co-founded the Analytics for Everyone Program during their tenure at PwC, where they developed training materials and conducted courses to upskill over 650 forensic staff and partners. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Accounting, as well as a minor in the Hoeft Technology and Management Program from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
