Rob Chadwick currently serves as the Director of Education and Training at Delta Defense LLC and the United States Concealed Carry Association, a position held since June 2023. Chadwick is also the Founder of Holdfast Security Group, LLC, a security consulting and training firm staffed exclusively by retired FBI Agents, and the Principal Training Advisor for the TASER Self Defense program at Axon, providing expertise in training curriculum development. With over two decades at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Chadwick held various positions including Unit Chief of the Tactical Training Unit and Special Agent on the Attorney General’s Protection Detail. Earlier experience includes serving as a Police Officer and K9 Handler with the Fairfax County Government. Chadwick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Virginia Tech.
