Sara F. is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as the Sr. Accounting Manager at Axon, having joined in October 2025 following the acquisition of Prepared, where Sara built an in-house accounting function from the ground up. With a strong background in transitioning financial operations from outsourced services to internal structures, Sara played a crucial role in due diligence, financial validation, and integration planning during the acquisition process. Prior to this, Sara led similar initiatives at Rockbot and served as a Senior Accounting Consultant at Kranz Consulting, primarily managing full-cycle accounting for various SaaS clients.
