Scott Rottman

Scott Rottman serves as the Director of Policy and Training Strategy at Axon since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rottman was a Senior Security Expert at Capgemini from March 2021 to February 2022. Rottman's distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) spanned over two decades, where various leadership positions included Section Chief, Assistant Special Agent in Charge, and Unit Chief. Rottman managed extensive teams and operational budgets while overseeing investigations into transnational organized crime, violent gangs, and terrorism, significantly enhancing investigative success rates. Earlier military experience includes serving as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 1998. Rottman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Citadel and a Master's degree in Security Management from Webster University. Additional academic pursuits include coursework at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
