Sarah Erle

Sarah Erle is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of P&C Business Partnerships at Axonify since May 2022, Sarah has also held the position of Lead and Senior People & Culture Business Partner within the same company. Additionally, Sarah contributed to the community as a Board Member at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington from May 2022 to May 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resource Partner at The Co-operators and as Human Resources Manager at Wilfrid Laurier University Students' Union. Sarah's career began at Linamar Corporation, where roles included Human Resources Manager, Human Resource Representative, and Human Resource Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Human Resource Management Certification from Conestoga College and an Honors Specialization in English Literature from Western University.
