Hasit Lunagaria

Hasit is Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Chroma Medicine. He joined Chroma from Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where he most recently served as Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President & Head of Global Development after leading global talent management and organizational development efforts as the company doubled in size during his tenure. Prior to Regeneron, Hasit served in several global HR strategic business partner positions at Novartis’ biopharmaceutical and consumer health businesses. Earlier in his career, Hasit held several roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson. He earned his M.A. in leadership from Bellevue University and holds a B.S. in public health from Rutgers University. Hasit particularly enjoys coaching teams and individuals to hone their natural talents towards excellence, and he earned his executive coaching certification from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
