Irene Koulouris

Irene Koulouris currently serves as the Compliance and Legal Operations Lead at Axonius, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Irene held various compliance and legal positions at Booster from October 2016 to July 2022, including Head of Compliance and Sr. Public Policy Manager & Legal Counsel. Additional experience includes serving as a Legal Clerk at Blumenfeld Legal and a Law Clerk at the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic at Santa Clara University School of Law. Irene completed a judicial externship with the Superior Court of California and has also worked in financial roles at First Republic Bank and project management at Studley. An educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from UCLA.
