Shani Nago

Shani Nago currently serves as the Sr. Director and Global Head of People at Axonius since April 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director and Head of People at Next Insurance from November 2019 to February 2023, where Shani led the Israeli people team and participated as a member of the global people leads. Roles at Sygnia and ControlUp included serving as VP, Global Head of People and Head of Global HR Operations, respectively. Shani has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant in the EMEA region, and held the position of Director of Global Learning and Development at Intel Corporation. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Tradency, the Israeli Air Force, and O.D. Consulting. Shani Nago holds an MA in Social and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
