Eveliina Myllyluoma

Eveliina Myllyluoma serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Axopar Boats since March 2025 and has been a Partner and Chair of the Board at Skilloon since June 2015. Previously, Myllyluoma held significant roles including Vice President of People and Culture at Telko from September 2021 to February 2025, and Group HR Manager at Wipak between December 2019 and September 2021, where efforts were focused on reducing the CO2 footprint in flexible packaging. Prior to this, roles included Global Head of HRD at Uponor, Head of HRD at Valio, and various research positions in academia, culminating in a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Helsinki. Myllyluoma's educational background includes a Talent Program in Human Resources Development at Stanford University and an Executive Program in Business Administration at Aalto University.
