Satu Rahkonen

Satu Rahkonen has extensive work experience in various roles at Suunto, where they worked from 2002 to 2022. They started as a Product Development Engineer and subsequently advanced through various positions, including Program Manager, Head of Dive Product Development, Head of Device Development, and finally, Head of Category, Dive. In these roles, Satu was responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing product and technology development programs, and ensuring the successful launch of innovative products and solutions. They were also involved in technology scouting, roadmapping, and budgeting. Additionally, Satu had experience in electronics engineering and system test project management. Currently, in 2022, Satu holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Axopar Boats.

Satu Rahkonen completed their M.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Electronics and Measurement Technology, Biomedical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan in 2002. Satu then pursued their M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in Organization and Management from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, which they completed in 2005.
