Hélène Moulet Redon has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they completed an internship at Hopital d'Instruction des Armées Bégin, where they assisted in implementing the ISO 15189 standard, centralized data and technical files, and contacted companies to have temperature sensors and software installations completed. In the same year, they also completed a B.E.S.T. - Buisiness Engineering and Surgical Technologies program at IRCAD. In 2013, they worked as an R&D assistant at ELVESYS, where they adapted a portable platform designed to control the temperature of biological samples to run real-time ultra-fast PCR tests. In 2014, they worked as an R&D assistant at MIMETAS, developing predictive Organ-on-a-Chip cell culture models, and also worked as a PhD Scholar and teaching assistant at Université Lille -- PhLAM(DysCO) / IEMN(BioMEMS), researching cell death initiated by singlet oxygen. From 2019-2021, they were CTO and VP Engineering at Axorus, a company that develops neuro-electronic interfaces. Finally, in 2021, they became Treasurer at CRECHE PARENTALE DU MARAIS.

Hélène Moulet Redon obtained their High School degree from Lycée Victor Duruy, Paris 7 in 2009. Hélène then attended Lycée Henri IV, Paris 5 from 2009 to 2011 for a Classe Préparatoire Maths-Physique option SI. From 2011 to 2014, they studied at Télécom Physique Strasbourg (France) for an Engineer's Degree (Master's) in ICT-Healthcare (Engineering) Specialization: Innovative therapeutics. Hélène then attended Télécom Physique Strasbourg from 2013 to 2014 for a Master's Degree in Electronics + Healthcare engineering. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Physics from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology in 2019. Additionally, Hélène Moulet Redon obtained certifications in Introduction to Bioethics from GeorgetownX, an online learning initiative through edX in 2014 and Introduction to Biology - The Secret of Life from MITx, an online learning initiative of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology through edX in 2013.
