Aaron Bussey

Aaron Bussey has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Aaron started their career in 2005 as the Sawdust Studio manager/demonstrator at the Sawdust Art Festival. In 2011, they worked as a Student Marketing Intern at UC Davis Athletics. The following year, they became a Student Assistant for the Shared Services Center at UC Davis. In 2012, Aaron joined Axos Bank, where they held various positions over the years. Aaron started as an Annuity Specialist and later became an Information Strategist. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Manager of Research & Information in the Consumer Lending department. Aaron then transitioned into the role of Consumer Lending Operations Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Aaron was promoted to AVP and took on the role of Consumer Unsecured Lending. Aaron continued to progress within the company and became VP of Consumer Lending in 2020. In 2022, they were promoted to VP of Product and later transitioned to their current role as VP of Product Management at Axos Bank.

Aaron Bussey obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have also earned the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2021.
