Software Release Manager at Axos

Brent Haws has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brent started their career in 1981 as a Software Engineer at STORAGE TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, where they worked on hardware device drivers and interfaces for tracking disk manufacturing. Brent then co-founded Digitree Inc in 1984, where they designed and developed software packages for the collision repair and insurance industries. In 1986, Haws joined Mitchell International as a Principal Software Engineer, where they led development teams and managed various product groups.

In 1999, Haws joined Motorola Inc as a Sr Staff Engineer, where they designed and implemented a web-based application for phone content and component tracking. Brent also directed a team of developers and successfully released the application in 9 months.

Haws continued their career as a Software/Implementation Engineer at Certona Corporation in 2009 before moving on to TriTech Software Systems as a Software Configuration Manager in 2011. Brent then worked as a Technical Consultant at RainTree Oncology Services in 2013 and as a Consultant for Lytx Inc in 2015, specializing in DevOps SCM.

From 2015 to 2018, Haws worked at HARMAN International as an ALM Architect, focusing on Connected Services. Most recently, they joined Axos Bank in 2018 as a Software Release Manager. Throughout their career, Haws has demonstrated expertise in software development, configuration management, release management, and architecture.

Brent Haws completed their undergraduate education from 1977 to 1981 at Utah State University. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Accounting.
