Heather McGann

Heather McGann, CAP, possesses extensive experience in administrative support and project management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Axos Bank since February 2022, Heather previously held multiple roles including Project Manager and Senior Executive Assistant at Booz Allen Hamilton for 15 years. Heather’s involvement in the IAAP Leadership Academy and as Community Outreach Chair for IAAP demonstrates a commitment to professional development and community engagement. An ACEA certified professional with an Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant, Heather has also contributed as an Executive Marketing Assistant at Kashi Company and has been an active member of the IAAP San Diego Chapter.
