Mark Helbert Olan

Mark Helbert Olan has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT and customer service fields. Mark Helbert started their career as a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance in 2009 and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys from 2010 to 2012. Mark Helbert then joined Accenture as an Integrated Workstation Engineer from 2014 to 2016. In the same year, they also worked as an Intern at Elabram Systems.

From 2016 to 2017, Mark worked as a System Engineer at MicroSourcing, where they contributed as a member of the Support ACD queue and performed proactive support, MACs, and monitoring of customer production environments. In 2017, they joined Genesys as a System Engineer, specializing in Genesys PureConnect, where they provided support and performed analysis on VoIP, telephony, and SIP functionalities.

Mark's next role was as a Cloud Support Engineer at Genesys, specifically focusing on Genesys Cloud from 2020 to 2021. Mark Helbert then joined Datacom as a CCaaS Solution Specialist, working with the Genesys Cloud platform from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed at Axos Bank as an Omnichannel Business Systems Analyst, a role they have held since 2023.

Mark Helbert Olan completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Mapúa University from 2005 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended La Consolacion College - Tanauan City, Batangas for high school from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Mark Helbert Olan has obtained various certifications. These include the Genesys Cloud Architect Certified Specialist and Genesys Cloud Certified Professional certifications from Genesys, which they acquired in September 2022 and August 2022, respectively. Mark Helbert also holds an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in November 2021. In February 2021, Mark obtained the SUMO Logic Certified Fundamentals certification from Sumo Logic. Furthermore, in September 2017, they completed the "Learning to Be Assertive" course offered by Lynda.com. Mark also acquired the Interaction Center Certified Engineer (ICCE) certification from Genesys | Interactive Intelligence in October 2016. Lastly, they hold the Genesys Cloud Certified Associate certification, which was obtained in November 2020.
