Michelle Martinez Gonzalez

Michelle Martinez Gonzalez has had a diverse work experience. Michelle started their career at Benefitmall, Formerly Compupay, in December 2006, where they worked as a Sr. Accountant until August 2013. In this role, they handled tasks such as monthly bank reconciliations, billing for different payroll platforms, and preparing journal entries and reconciliations. From September 2013 to April 2022, Michelle served as an Accounting Supervisor at Benefitmall, where they supervised a team, managed the monthly closing process, ensured compliance with US GAAP, and oversaw accounts payable. Currently, since May 2022, Michelle works as an Accounting Manager at Axos Bank, responsible for managing various accounting functions and providing financial information to management.

Michelle Martinez Gonzalez completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Michelle also pursued Professional Development in Accounting and Finance at the same institution, studying from 1999 to 2000.
