Justin Eichenberger

Justin Eichenberger is a legal professional with extensive experience in data protection and privacy counsel. Currently serving as Legal Counsel for Data Protection & AI at Axpo Group since January 2024, Justin has previously contributed to Nutanix as Privacy Counsel, overseeing the global Privacy Program and advising on compliance matters across various functions. Prior roles include positions as a Privacy Analyst and Law Clerk at Benetech and GoPro, respectively, where responsibilities involved legal analysis, contract management, and intellectual property protection. An LL.M. in US Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Santa Clara University, alongside advanced degrees in Law and Economics from the University of St.Gallen, underline Justin's solid academic background. Additional experience includes consulting for KPMG Switzerland and providing support in social work and ski instruction.
