Aiden Jang

Aiden JANG has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Aiden began their career as a Graphic Designer at E.B.I. from January 2007 to May 2009. Aiden then transitioned to the role of Mobile Quality Assurance Analyst at Sprint from October 2009 to January 2013. After that, Aiden worked as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Alcatel mobile from February 2013 to April 2015. Aiden also held the position of Technical Account Manager at Alcatel Mobile from April 2015 to January 2017, where they managed projects for Sprint and collaborated with project managers and R&D to resolve software bugs and address product-related queries.

Aiden's next role was as a Software Verification Engineer at Abbott from March 2018 to July 2019. In this position, they supported the testing of native mobile applications, executed automated and manual tests for iOS and Android, and contributed to various test phase efforts. Aiden also complied with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Following their tenure at Abbott, Aiden worked as a Software Test Engineer at ROKiT from July 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they validated new mobile features, conducted manual and automated testing, and developed performance test scripts. Aiden also collaborated with the product team and improved testing efficiency by 25%.

Most recently, Aiden served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Cast & Crew from April 2021 to July 2022. Aiden then joined AXS as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in December 2022.

Aiden JANG completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Studio Art / Graphic Design Emphasis from California State University, Long Beach. Aiden attended this institution from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, in 2003 to 2004, they briefly studied Graphic Design at Laguna College of Art and Design without obtaining a degree. Apart from their formal education, Aiden JANG also obtained basic certifications in Python and SQL from HackerRank in June 2022.
