Toygar Sevim is currently working at Telenity as a Quality Assurance & Delivery Lead Engineer and Customer Site Integration Lead Engineer. Toygar has been with Telenity since January 2009, starting as an Expert Support Engineer. In their role, Toygar has deployed various VAS&IVR products, provided 2nd level support to customers, released upgrades, conducted health checks, managed software licenses, and more. With a background in Physics Engineering, Toygar has worked on projects for companies like Zain Congo Brazaville, Etisalat UAE, Fastweb Italy, and Ooredoo Oman, using a variety of technologies and protocols such as Linux, Oracle, TCP/IP, and Bash scripting.
