Gagan Singh has worked in the IT industry for several companies throughout their career. Gagan started at Symantec Corporation as a Software QA Analyst in 2003. Gagan then moved on to Countrywide Financial Corporation as a Programmer Analyst II in the same year. In 2005, they worked as a Software QA Analyst at Earthlink. Gagan joined Ticketmaster in 2006 as a Manager, Quality Assurance and held the position until 2014. Gagan then served as the Manager of Quality Assurance at Advertise.com from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Gagan worked as the Software IT/QA Manager at WET (Design). Currently, they are working at AXS as a Sr. IT Manager since December 2016.

Gagan Singh completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. In September 2019, Gagan also obtained Certification as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
