Vicken Krikorian

Vicken Krikorian has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and information technology. Vicken started their career at Armstrong & Sigel, LLP in 2012, where they worked in information technology and general clerical roles. Their responsibilities included identifying and resolving network issues, ensuring network security, and providing support for security violations and system access.

In 2017, Vicken joined AXS as a software engineer intern. During this internship, they gained practical experience in software development. In 2019, they progressed to the role of senior software engineer at AXS. In this role, they contributed to the migration of C# APIs and services to the cloud with AWS ECS through dockerization. Vicken also generated Terraform code for building AWS Parameter stores and developing Liquibase scripts for managing database migration changes. Additionally, they created a custom containerized wrapper of Liquibase to handle multiple venues and clients based databases simultaneously on multiple RDS instances.

Throughout their career, Vicken has demonstrated proficiency in various technologies and programming languages, including Docker, AWS, Terraform, and Liquibase. Their experience spans both back-end development and network administration.

Vicken Krikorian completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Cal State LA College of ECST, studying from 2012 to 2015. Vicken then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science, specializing in Computer Security from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Vicken also obtained a certification as a Sumo Power Admin from Sumo Logic in January 2019.
